    If you cannot go out and are holding a wild card and two other cards that cannot yet be played, can you discard the wild card and retain the other two cards to continue play. In other words, if I have a wild card and two fives can I throw the wild card and hold the two fives or must I discard one of the fives?

    Any card held in your hand except a red three may be discarded.

    At the end of the game and you are ready to go out your partner goes out can you really go out when your partner has 9 black 3s?
